These pages are a short introduction to my work, therefore the information provided is the bare essentials. Please feel free to contact me and ask for more details.
The bows that I make are modelled after early bows or well known typologies, and are built with extreme care using top quality materials. The wood used are the traditional ones, above all "snakewood". European wood is used to build Renaissance bows.
Some bows can be made with different mechanisms: "button and screw", "clip-in frog" or "rack track". Not the "hystorical rack track" which is unconfortable to use and doesn't help the improvement of the sound but a rack track that I've produced in the beginning of the 1990's that offers the sound quality typical of the "clip-in frog" bow merged with the possibility to regulate the horsehair tension.
Many bow makers chosen this new rack track.

Gli archi che costruisco sono derivati da archi antichi o da tipologie storiche; sono costruiti con estrema cura utilizzando materiali della migliore qualità.
I legni adoperati sono quelli esotici della tradizione barocca e classica, in primo luogo il legno serpente (Piratinera guianensis).
Per gli archi rinascimentali i legni europei.
Le "meccaniche" possono essere con: "bottone e vite", "tallone fisso", "cremagliera".
Non la "cremagliera storica" scomoda da usare e non migliorativa ai fini della produzione del suono, bensì una cremagliera da me messa a punto agli inizi degli anni novanta del secolo scorso, che offre all'utente la qualità del suono tipica dell'arco a tallone fisso unita alla possibilità di regolare la tensione dei crini.
Molti archettai hanno adottato questa nuova cremagliera.
